About John Robson

johnheadshot.jpgHonest Evolution is the Anat Baniel Method practice run by John Robson.  The practice exists to help people flourish in the world.  The focus is on children with special needs but we also work with adults dealing with issues of pain, injury or aging.

As one of only a few ABM practices in the South East, we serve clients from a wide area.  We are based in Western North Carolina but have clinics in Apex NC, Charlotte NC, Greensboro NC, and Greenville SC.

As well as bringing in other ABM practitioners to work in the Carolina clinics, John travels to locations in the US and in Europe to work in clinics there.

John’s own journey has included a serious back injury that was treated with a number of modalities including surgery.  All of these modalities gave a greater or lesser degree of relief but it was only when he discovered the Anat Baniel Method that John was able to put his back issues behind him (pun intended!).  Since working intensively with ABM, John is able to participate in any activities that he chooses and is no longer held back by pain and discomfort.

johnandanat.jpgJohn trained personally with Anat Baniel in California, graduating from basic training in 2007.  In 2008, he became North Carolina’s first ABM for Children practitioner when he  completed the ABM Children with Special Needs Mastery program.  Later that year he completed Mastery programs in ABM for Vitality and Anti Aging, and in ABM for High Performers.  He has since worked in a support role at Anat’s trainings for new practitioners.  John is also a certified practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method.

In working with any individual, John looks for things that are working well and then looks to expand them to a degree that anything not working so well becomes irrelevant.

Having seen a number of amazing results brought about by the Anat Baniel Method he is excited to be playing a part in bringing it to the world.
