Who I Can Help

I can help if you:

  • have chronic pain - you may have a stubborn pain in your back, neck, shoulder or somewhere else - you can be free of it.
  • are recovering from an injury - you may have "healed" but you could still do better - you can get there.
  • feel limited in your activities because you are "getting old" - you can regain your vitality and do the things that you want to do.
  • are doing well in sports or the performing arts and would like to do better - you can find that extra "edge".
  • want to experience life more fully - improved movement and self awareness have been the key for many people who have wished to enhance their lives.


How I Work

0193.jpgI work with groups, and I work one on one with individuals.  All lessons are safe, gentle, subtle, pleasurable learning experiences for you.
A variety of group classes are available: some may be targeted towards specific goals or groups, and some may be of more general interest.  Please refer to the class schedule for more information.  

When I work one on one, the focus is on your individual needs.  You say what you want, whether its freedom from pain or higher performance, and we work together to improve your life.  Call me or email me to schedule an appointment or to find out more.

The act of learning and of increasing our awareness is a key ingredient of life, and of fully experiencing what it has to offer.
